Our 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your item. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within this period.

Conditions for Returns

We are unable to accept returns if the item:

  • Worn or Washed: Shows signs of wear, washing, or use.
  • Missing Hangtag: Does not include the original hangtag.
  • Altered or Customised: Has been tailored, modified, or customised.
  • Odours Present: Has strong odours 
  • Incomplete Returns: Missing original packaging, accessories, or gifts included with the purchase.
  • Past Return Period: Submitted after the 14-day return window.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout.
  • Incorrect Items: Does not match the original order.
  • Excessive Wear & Tear: Shows damage beyond normal use.
  • Misuse of Product: Damaged due to negligence, misuse, or improper care.
  • Final Sale Items: All final sale items, unless stated, are not elgiblw for returns

Tip: Always check your garment for defects or stains before removing the hangtag. Please note creasing during transit may be expected due to the nature of the material. Once the hangtag is removed, no claims can be made.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at veilurelondon@gmail.com to request a return label.
  2. Return Shipping: Costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
  3. Send Your Return: Keep your shipment’s tracking code as proof in case of lost or missing parcels.

Please note loose threads from our current sale collection are a natural imperfections, and do not fall under damage. 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received, it undergoes quality control, which may take up to 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are committed within 14 days of return approval, though your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at veilurelondon@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

At present, we do not accept exchanges. For the fastest service, we recommend processing a return and placing a new order.

Fabric care guide

At home, follow the care label: wash gently at 40° or below, air dry, and iron on low heat. Take the piece promptly to a professional cleaner for stain removal, mentioning the type of stain if possible.
